A 3-hour pregnancy visit ~ time to talk through your birth wishes, prepare your baby’s space, organise hospital bags, gently set up your home, and stock your freezer with nourishing meals for the weeks ahead.

On-call and virtual support from 37 weeks ~ reassurance, guidance, and a steady presence as you approach birth.

Six weeks of in-home care ~ six × 3 hour sessions where I come to your home, bringing fresh meals and snacks, emotional support, and practical help.
